“ First off, this restaurant is located in Roselle Park, not Roselle, NJ. Why the negative reviews? I have been to this restaurant at least 10 times since they opened several years ago. The food is always fresh, tasty and consistent. I always order the same thing - Chaufa de Pollo. For those of you who are not familiar with Peruvian food, this is very similar to Chinese chicken fried rice but it has more flavor (seasoning). I highly recommend it. It's delicious! Also, the order is a nice size portion. Most days, it's part of their lunch special which includes a free soda/bottled water. The woman who works the counter (owner?) is always very pleasant. Know before you go - This restaurant is ALWAYS busy around lunch time. If you are ordering for pick-up, call ahead. The wait can be as long as a 1/2 hour otherwise. ”
